Replied last October 17, 2019This review appears to have been left by a past client who was dissatisfied with the outcome of his case. The Wyoming State Bar summarily rejected and dismissed this former client’s complaint against my partner and me, and found no violation of any ethical rule in the course of our representation of this client. At our firm, we pride ourselves in our zealous, competent and conscientious representation of all of our clients; however, we cannot dictate and control the outcome of every representation. In this instance, when the client did not obtain the results he desired, he turned his anger and frustration towards us. This review is inaccurate and inconsistent with the facts of the representation.
