Bradley C Sweat

Bradley (Brad) C. Sweat is an Associate in the Creditors’ Rights Practice Group at the Crowley Fleck law firm. He practices in the firm's Casper, Wyoming office and his practice focuses primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, administrative law, and employment law. Brad routinely represents creditors in secured transactions, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and debt collection proceedings and provides defense to consumer protection claims. He also represents contractors, vendors, and homeowners in construction-related disputes and property matters.

Brad graduated cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law. While in law school, Brad served as the Chief Managing Editor of the Idaho Law Review. Prior to law school, Brad worked in banking and graduated from Utah Valley University.

Brad and his wife have three children and enjoy taking advantage of Wyoming's outdoor opportunities.
