Ashlee Neves

Ashlee Neves is a dedicated criminal defense attorney with extensive experience in trial advocacy and post-conviction relief. A native of Huntsville, Utah, Ashlee earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Utah State University in 2017 and graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2020. She began her legal career clerking for Superior Court Judge Earl A. Peterson in Fairbanks, Alaska, where she gained valuable insight into trial processes and worked on a variety of legal matters.
In 2022, Ashlee returned to Wyoming and joined the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. During her tenure, she prosecuted hundreds of cases, achieving favorable outcomes in both bench and jury trials while honing her litigation skills. In January 2025, Ashlee joined The Fuller & Semerad Law Firm, where her practice focuses on criminal defense and post-conviction relief, including expungements, restoration of rights, and lifetime ignition interlock removal.
Ashlee enjoys spending her free time with her family and contributing as a part-time “ranch wife” on the family ranch in the Big Horn Basin. She is also passionate about outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and fishing, and loves baking.
