In my years of practice I have had over 30 jury trials and hundreds of trials before the court representing Defendants in criminal matters, and Plaintiff's and Defendants in civil suits involving personal injury and domestic matters such as divorce and custody.

I have practiced in State and Federal Courts, and handled over 25 appeals to appellate Courts including the Wyoming Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
