Ronnie Lopez and I have been working together for four years and I can highly recommend him. There were several involved and complicated projects with which he assisted my organization during which he really became a part of our team. He is very responsive, is a great problem-solver, and he takes t...he time to educate his clients about the situation and the reasoning behind his recommendations. Ronnie is highly professional, but also very personable. While he is very conscientious about representing his clients, he doesn't lose site of the ultimate goal which is to bring all parties together in agreement. While that outcome can't always be guaranteed, it certainly makes negotiations go more smoothly which means they are less costly and results in great work relationships. Our projects involved multiple parties: non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, and governmental entities. Some examples of work that he drafted, managed, and negotiated for us were contingency agreements, purchase agreements, lease and sub-lease agreements, deeds, MOUs, and easements.
