Boyd Otho Wiggam

Boyd O. Wiggam is the Attorney at Wiggam Law Office. His practice focusus on bankruptcy, exclusively representing debtors under all chapters under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Boyd has also worked as a policy analyst for a public policy think tank in Wyoming and was a candidate for Laramie County Commissioner in 2018 and for Cheyenne City Council in 2020. Boyd has a history of assisting various businesses serving farmers and landowners in eastern Laramie County.  He also serves on the Wyoming State Bar's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Section leadership team.

Boyd, a Wyoming native, was raised on a farm in Eastern Laramie County , received an undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming, did graduate coursework in Community and Regional Planning at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and received his law degree from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.

When not serving his clients at Wiggam Law Office, Boyd enjoys spending time with his family, farming, and serving the Cheyenne and Laramie County community on the City of Cheyenne Planning Commission and on the Citizen's Advisory Committee for the Cheyenne Metropolitain Planning Organization.
