Victoria Fry

Victoria J. Fry is an associate attorney at Bailey, Stock and Harmon, P.C. where she has practiced law since 2012. Vicky has substantial experience in electrical, natural gas, water, telecommunication, utility law, and trial practice. Vicky clerked under Hon. Dave Williams and the Hon. Daniel J. Kaup in Ft. Collins, Colorado for the 8th Judicial District of Colorado for two years. In 2005 she argued a search and seizure case in front of the Wyoming Supreme Court. In 2008, Vicky collaborated with the Governor's Office to win the 2nd place award for 2008's Best Informational Campaign from the Wyoming Press Association. Her areas of practice are primarily focused on utility and regulatory law, estate planning, family law, litigation, workers compensation, creditor's rights and business law. Vicky is also a member of the Wyoming and Colorado State Bars.

Vicky is a Wyoming native and is married to Matthew Fry, a biologist at Wyoming Department of Game and Fish. In her spare time she enjoys cheering on the Denver Broncos, gardening, and volunteering for the City of Cheyenne's Historic Preservation Board.
