Stephen H. Kline

I formed my practice in December of 1981, and the practice now known as Kline, McCorkle & Pilger has existed in form or another since that date. Over the past three decades I have focused on the handling of civil litigation matters practicing in courts throughout the West. I have handled a wide variety of cases dealing with labor and employment, professional licensing, personal injury, insurance, and business issues. I have extensive litigation experience and have tried approximately fifty jury trials, fifty bench trials and approximately twenty-five cases to resolution before administrative bodies. I have also handled approximately fifty disciplinary matters before the Wyoming State Bar, the Wyoming Board of Medicine, the Wyoming Board of Nursing, and other licensing boards which have been resolved prior to hearing. 

Since 2011 I have acted as a guest teacher at the University of Wyoming College of Law Summer Trial Institute and regularly speak before legal groups on developing issues in the law.  I am also very active in my community and am a Past President and present member of the Friends of the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens and member of numerous boards of other local non-profit organizations.
