Biography
Shaina A. Case is a client-centered attorney, focusing her practice in estate planning and estate and trust administration as she believes that preparing an estate plan is a gift we give ourselves while alive and well and one of the last gifts we can give our loved ones. She also helps clients in real estate matters, corporate and business law, and limited family law (guardianships, conservatorships, and adoptions). Shaina enjoys working with clients and ensuring that they are informed and heard.
Working in advance to avoid probate and ensure that loved ones (especially minor children) are taken care of and provided for in the way clients want upon their passing is Shaina's goal.
