John Guyton Knepper

I have spent more than 18 years handling the difficult court cases that no one has seen before. These include issues of federal and state constitutional law, issues of first impression in federal and state statutes, and high-stakes federal litigation. Cases I have been involved in include: part of the trial team defending the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Reform Law, multi-jurisdictional litigation about assets held by the Government of Iran in the United States, defending the State of Wyoming in challenges to the constitutionality of state laws, defending the annexation of a key portion of the City of Cheyenne, and the State of Wyoming's lawsuit against Purdue Pharma, a major opioid manufacturer. I have experience resolving issues with federal government officials and with state officials in Wyoming and throughout the nation.
