Excellent Attorney

Mr. Fitzgerald compiled very detailed information about our accident and all parties involved. He was very considerate and compassionate about every aspect of the case. He came to our home to get a feel of how our family lived our lives and to meet our friends and complete interviews with them in ...a home town setting. This made everyone feel more at home and they respected his demeanor towards them. We met with him outside his office on two other occasions, for him to complete interviews with me and my family for him to get a feel of our past and present lives. He got a feel for the time my husband and I met throughout every aspect of our 46 years together, including grade school, high school, college, 2 children, 1 grandchild and our work history, He was very diligent in finding all the information he could about the other parties involved in our law suit. He was very thorough and knew the law and what he needed to make a very compelling court case. Mr. Fitzgerald knew exactly the other professionals that he needed to call on to help him prepare our case. Personally, I was very impressed with Mr. Fitzgerald and all of his associates. They were very helpful any time my family or I had any questions and kept in touch when they had more information for us or were just checking to see how we were doing. I sent all of my medical bills to his office and he was very helpful in contacting and negotiating with each and every one of them. I appreciate all the hard work he put in for me and my family and the kindness shown at all times. I would highly recommend Mr. Fitzgerald to anyone.
