Cheryl Rawson Wadas

I'm not sure how Cheryl does in court as thankfully my case did not end up there, but I can say that during meetings she has a habit of multi-tasking (such as taking personal calls while you are waiting her to edit a document). Every time we would meet I had to remind her of who I was and what it wa...s that I was needing (I understand attorney's have many clients but this felt more like she was not paying attention each time we met previously which caused the memory lapse). I also felt that I wasn't heard and at one meeting we would discuss and agree to one course of action but the next time I would be told that the first course of action would be insufficient (again not remembering myself or my case and apparently not recalling the previous conversation even with her notes). I also had issues with getting calls returned in a timely manner (if at all). The receptionist however was a very nice lady and was very personable both in person and on the phone (although I can't recall her name at the moment) and was always prompt in returning my calls when it was something she could handle directly (leaving me to believe the hold-up on my calls that were delayed or were not returned were a result of Ms. Wadas and not the secretary).
