Paul L. Noto

Paul Noto, Esq., is a shareholder in Patrick, Miller, Kropf and Noto, P.C., in Aspen and Denver, Colorado; with offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Phoenix, Arizona. His practice covers all aspects of water law, including water rights law, water resource planning, water quality law, environmental law (wetlands mitigation), hydropower licensing, and water-related natural resources and municipal law. Paul is called on regularly to perform water due diligence reviews in real estate transactions. He serves on the editorial board of Western Water Law and Policy Reporter, and writes monthly for that publication. Paul received his law degree in 2002 from the University of Colorado School of law, where he received the Natural Resources Award.” (07/14)
