I needed help with looming "FORECLOSURE AUCTION" I was "in denial." My looming "financial disaster " set in, with depression, when ON MY DOOR, in late 2010, a January 1, 2011, "PUBLIC AUCTION" was "POSTED" at the Glenwood Springs County Courthouse. A "FIRE SALE" event for MY HOMESTEAD. Mr. Adg...er, Esq. averted "even worse" financial and emotiobnal disaster with adroit, timely work, always on top of litte details, with humor, for which this layman had no clue. I later learned this was called a "Strategic Foreclosure." I had avolided "Bankruptcy," despite losing almost other "Reiirement Assets." I was lucky to have this PRO.
