Ms. Estenssoro's practice is focused on effective case resolution both in and outside of the courtroom, involving insurance defense, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and employment litigation.

She has handled various employment claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination under Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, CADA and other federal and state statutes.

Ms. Estenssoro has significant experience in workers’ compensation matters and advising clients on Colorado’s Workers’ Compensation Act, Workers’ Compensation Rules of Procedure and Office of Administrative Courts Rules and Procedure. Ms. Estenssoro has handled numerous matters pertaining to compensability, reasonably necessary and related benefit standards, termination, average weekly wage, TTD, TPD, PPD, and PTD benefits, MMI disputes, the revised 2019 DIME process, Respondent’s IME strategies, overcoming DIME determinations on MMI and impairment, apportionment, offsets, and credits.
