Biography
I (along with Ron Garfield) am the founding partner of the firm which first opened its doors in 1975. I am a shareholder of the firm which has five locations on the Western Slope and employs 22 attorneys. I have represented seller and buyers of residential and commercial property owners for 40 years. My practice includes representation of large real estate investment groups, buyers and sellers in lending and borrowing activities. I have extensive experience in land use matters seeking governmental approvals for subdivision and planned unit development and challenging government land use decisions.
