James Francis Fosnaught

James Fosnaught represents a wide range of businesses and individuals and handles  both simple and complex litigation involving construction, corporate disputes, real property disputes including landlord-tenant matters, mechanic’s lien filings, probate and estate litigation, and personal injury matters.  James also works to guide small businesses in their corporate governance and transactional matters.   James practices in both Colorado state and federal courts.

James is active in the community professionally and personally and has served as a director on several non-profits.   James currently serves on the Board of Directors for MPower which  partners with students,  families and schools to teach young people how to achieve their goals and develop effective voices for self-expression.  James also previously Co-Chaired the Garfield County Methamphetamine Task Force.   James is an avid skier and fly-fisher, and a former professional chef.

James has lived in in Colorado since 1996 and the Roaring Fork valley since 2000.
