If I could rate him "minus 5" I would. I completely agree with the first reviewer. Only difference is, I WISHhe would have dropped me as a client. He would not negate the contract and kept squeezing me for money, dragging it out. Worst experience ever. Lost all my savings to him and still had to settle.

Terrible! Paid him because he seemed nice - but could never get through to him for almost two months! Emails, backup emails to office, phone messages... Finally called office to complain about what was wrong and secretary said she would have to hang up on me if I get excitable. Every piece of mail from the other side sat on someone's desk the whole time, never forwarded to me! I never was informed what actions were taken! I had to make an appointment up to a week in advance for every phone call! I sent him emails backing up a phone call to do an action and he never did; later informing me I had to call first! Then he started shaking me down for a bigger deposit; while he is sitting on my first deposit AND charging me by the hour independently! Finally at my last week deadline he was supposedly on a big case and he dropped me! Sent a letter relieving himself and never would take another call. I was stunned! I was told by his secretary "I was the low man on the totem pole!!" Had to switch lawyers last 4 days! Thank God I got someone better! Kain was about the 10th lawyer I tried in this town, in over 30 years - they were all bad but he takes the cake for holding up my case for almost a year and costing me tons while the other side racked up bills I had to cover. Worst office ever!
