Susan and her team were extremely ethical and patient during what became a very lengthy and emotional adoption case of my niece after my sisters passing. Good lawyer but unethical, she got me my kids but didnt fight to get me any child support to help raise them. Be sure to read your paperwork very carefully and expect to be charged for her or her staffs mistakes and double her original quote. What should have been an easy case turned into a year long... process and cost over 10,000.00 after being told it could be taken care of for 4,000.00, i paid her on time the first 8,000 then she sued me for not paying the last 1,700.00 within 4 months of her finishing my case and charged me an extra 1,000 to sue me. No contact from her was just waiting for my loan and was served. Greedy and not caring at all will stretch out her work to maximize her bill.
