Biography
In retirement, M. Felts will focus her work on helping Veterans file fully developed claims and appeals for their disability benefits. While this service has been a part of her practice for several years, as current, non-VA related cases are finalized (see below), more time will be alloted to assisting Veterans.
Currently, M. Felts serves as the lead technical consultant to law firms, regulatory agencies and private entities on environmental, energy and corporate fraud cases, concentrating her practice on behind-the-scene discovery, research and strategy design to support the development of winning cases for regional and national clients. She also serves as Expert Witness. The list of cases provided below is a list of cases on which Ms Felts has been a litigation consultant under contract to the legal divisions of public agencies, law firms and individual Lawyers.
