Kim Brian Childs

I grew up in Nebraska and Colorado and love hunting, fly fishing, skiing, hiking and enjoying our beautiful state.  My wife and I also travel as much as we can and scuba dive around the world.  I've spent my entire career as a trial lawyer, mostly defending health care and other professionals in malpractice cases and also assisting them with setting up and managing their practices.  I've also handled a large variety of other types of complex litigation and am now offering services in western Colorado also as a mediator.  I am  now Senior Counsel in the firm I founded in 2014 with 4 of my partners from a previous firm, where I was President for 7 years.  My firm's philosophy has always been to provide ethical, excellent representation and counseling for our clients and to do what it takes to achieve the best results we can.
