Used Barry for several years. At first he was a vibrant attorney, but now before his early retirement , he became a very depressed and now is not able to perform well. Lost a $1,500,000 case which he should have won by not being adequately prepared and and not performing well in court. At this s...tage of his career, I could nor recommend him. He overbills, and charges too much for his services.

Barry was once a vibrant lawyer but now is seriously depressed and awaiting retirement. We had a good lease issue which we should have easily won,but due to being inadequately prepared , a poor court performance , and neglect lost the $1,500,000 case. The other side had made allowance in their pub...lic financial statement for a loss but were surprised to win. Barry's rate of $480 is too high for his services and he grossly overbills. At this stage of his career, I do not recommend using him.
