Michael Andrew Schiferl

He was very unprofessional and went outside the guidelines of the law. He had no consideration for my civil rights. He lies. He failed to consider what wrongs the courts had done themselves to allow matters to get worse. One attorney said Schiferl is just playing a game in there. I have noticed that ...a lot of people take a plea agreement to avoid a worse sentence by going to trial. One person pled guilty because he didn't trust the court that Schiferl was in. The real charge should've been verbal abuse but the defendant was charged with 3rd degree assault. Schiferl was not a fair man and wouldn't allow the alleged victim to speak up in the courtroom so the defendant lost trust in the courts and pled guilty to a worse charge than he actually committed. Now because of Schiferl the defendant has a worse record than he should have. The 16th judicial district in Colorado has done some dirty things that I have seen. I feel uncomfortable to even step into the courthouses in the 16th judicial district.
