Ms Shafer is opposing counsel. On 1/29/21 she filed a notice of intent to garnish, even though the state of Colorado had extended the moratorium on garnishments due to COVID until June 2021. I am 76 years old and she is simply attempting to harass me and cause me undo stress I was not served notic...e until 2/22/2021 yet she filed with the courts as if she had properly given me notice. She violated the rules of procedure They very clearly outline the process for a judgment on JDF 82. I must be served first, then sent interrogatories, then she can file. She simply did it however she liked with disregard for the law or rules. She should be disciplined and have to follow the rules.
