Mr. Hassler made time to understand my (very complicated case) and worked hard toward a fair ruling. Finally, a lawyer who actually represents his clients, not their own best interests. His billing model is awesome because he doesn't nickle and dime you for every little thing. There were times whe...n I called and was unpleasant and rude to his office staff because of my emotions, yet they remained professional and understanding. Daniel was a great Paralegal and I appreciate his hard work as well.

Wes Hassler is an exceptional attorney. He listened well, fought hard, put in the time needed, and came up with creative solutions when we hit obstacles. By the end of my year long case, I trusted his judgement totally and it paid off. When he recommended we hold back, it was valuable. If you want to be in good hands, I recommend Wes. Magella Honeyfield, Wes's paralegal, was also exceptional. I never realized how important a paralegal was in this process. She was detailed, a critical thinker, and always followed through. She anticipated issues and would relay between Wes and I when needed. I would recommend her to anyone and can't stress the importance of finding both a good attorney and paralegal. I felt like I'd hit the jackpot with these two.

We interviewed several lawyers before we chose Mr. Hassler. Our case dragged on for 2 long years but Mr. Hassler and his wonderful assistant, Rebecca, stuck in there with us. There were several times that we would feel despondent about what was going on but Rebecca would always talk to us in her c...alm voice and give us the reassurance that we needed to hear. Both were motivated through the case, explained what to expect, and the free were very reasonable. If Julie had not heard from me for a while she would send a message to see if everything was okay. She made me feel comfortable, listened to all my concerns, and would return calls and emails right away Several times I observed Mr. Hassler being very quiet. I was not sure why he was so quiet at first but over time I learned he was bserving and watching. He would gather his thoughts and respond in a professional manner and never missed anything that was being said Both Mr. Hassler and Julie Smith are a dynamic team together and it is apparent that they are both well respected within the court system. I just can not say enough about how wonderful they both are are and will never how a different attorney.
