Every single time I called, I received the worst customer service from the woman who answered. She was extremely rude and doesnt know how to look at a clock. Then what kind of business that wants my business hangs up the phone. Had an appointment this morning (where I had to call them and not the oth...er way just to inquire if I even wanted to hire them) and called 3 minutes after but got told I was calling too late because her clock said it was going on 8 already with a rude attitude once again. Never got past the terrible service of his phone clerk, and if that's the people he hires, could only imagine how terrible of a person he could be.

I will only speak of my experience with Mike as an attorney. He is a great guy and wonderful family man. My complaint will be in regards to his service. Regarding my case with him, I asked him to tell me right up front if my case held merit or if I should just give in to what the opposing counsel. ... In retrospect, I did much worse in mediation and arbitration than he led me to believe. His "strategy" was to only tell my side of the story in arbitration and not address the oc position. This lead to a decision that was full of fictional data that was used in the award. Just bringing this information with us to arbitration would have reflected a much more accurate award. I also have an issue with his "talks". Mike will go on and on about something that really leads nowhere or the point will be made in the last sentence. This is a problem when his services tick off at $4 a minute. He spoke with both the arbitrator and the mediator about personal stories that had nothing to do with my case. This could easily account for both arbitration and mediation going over the allotted time. I found myself gritting my teeth as personal anecdotes were shared whilst their bills were increasing. I would also argue that it caused in arbitration a distraction that caused misinterpretation of facts by the arbitrator. I can say with no hesitation, that I'm out $8,000ish dollars and did worse with Mike then when I was pro se.
