As the partner leading R&H’s Landlord & Evictions practice, Rachel ensures her team provides property owners, landlords, management companies, and tenants with practical, results-driven counsel designed to protect their investments and resolve disputes efficiently.

Rachel handles all aspects of residential and commercial eviction matters, including forcible entry and detainer proceedings, lease enforcement, non-payment and holdover actions, and post-judgment enforcement through writ of restitution. She effectively guides landlords and tenants from initial notice preparation to courtroom representation.

Previously, Rachel handled sensitive, high-stakes family law disputes, which uniquely prepared her for landlord-tenant law. She excels at helping clients facing interpersonal conflicts and the tight deadlines inherent in eviction cases. Her approach is rooted in meticulous trial preparation and keeping clients informed at each stage of their matter.

Before joining the private sector, Rachel worked at the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings Operations. There, she managed a legal team that oversaw the quality of adjudicatory work and provided high-level technical guidance to ensure the integrity of the agency’s decisions.
