I worked for her and thought she was great, but then she ignored the law in favor of her brother and defends his abuse and alienating behaviors. I get that it’s family, but also law is law and she has an honor code that should come first. (239) 227-0964 if you want texts and proof. Do not trust her ...because she will ditch the law with abandon. She doesn’t act as an officer of the court or a friend to kids when push comes to shove. She says she’s a strong ally to women, yet ignored when her brother tells the Mother of their kids she is “a C- who looks like a meth head” even knowing there is no record or accusations of such a thing and he is only saying that to harass and hurt her. Virginia knew and did nothing. Not worth her weight IMO.

Divorce and Custody matters can be very stressful to deal with. I have worked with Virginia on several different matters over the last few years and I can honestly say without her diligence and guidance through the process I would not have been able to withstand it. She is honest, upfront and proact...ive. She cared about me as a client and treated the issues I faced like they were her own. I felt confident going into any legal matter knowing she was in my corner.
