OUTCOME: Case Dismissed

Client was charged with DUI. Client was contacted due a bystander calling the police, because they saw him drink a beer after purchasing a 6-pack at the convenience store. Client was sitting outside of ... his car, drank two beers, and was waiting for a friend when the police arrived. Client was arrested and charged with DUI, even though no one saw him drive the car, operate the car, or even sit in the car.
