Ignorance of the law isn't an excuse to violate it. This is a sorry excuse for a public defender and I pity anyone who is lumbered with this fool representing them. Do better

Public defender
Bowman appeared in an auditing video & he is a sad example of a public attorney. He doesn’t even understand the law. If anyone needs help, check the reviews for this office; not good. His actions on camera speak volumes.
