I am the president of the law firm of Gordon J. Williams, P.C., and am licensed to practice in Colorado, with offices in Colorado Springs. Our practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate of estates, guardianships, conservatorships, tax, elder law matters, and step parent, , kinship, and custodial adoptions. The firm is comprised of two attorneys, me, and my associate, Luke A. Johnson. I am a member of the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) and El Paso County Bar Association. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and my law degree from the University of Kansas. I am a chair of the El Paso County Probate Section, past chair and current member of the CBA’s Statutory Revisions Committee, former member of the CBA’s Trust and Estate Council, and a member of various Trust and Estate Section subcommittees, which draft and amend probate, will, and trust laws. I am a regular lecturer on probate and estate issues, and I have been qualified as an expert in probate administration and fees. My wife, Tammi, and I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and have two terrific sons, both adults. Tired of being empty nesters, and having hearts to help children, my wife and I became foster parents, fostered a number of children over the years.

Mr.
Mr Williams prepared our Wills, Living Wills, Financial Power of Attorneys and Medical Power of Attorneys counseling us through all the processes. He explained everything making it very understandable. His firm did an excellent job.

My review of Mr, Gordon Williams
My husband and I hired Mr.Williams to do our Wills by Colorado standards. He was very professional and so was his office staff! He truly was a "God Send" and I know that he will be there for us,should we have legal concerns in the future.
"Gordon is a very knowledgeable attorney in estate planning, thorough, friendly and with high ethical standards."
