Negotiation skills and aggressiveness is lacking
David is very strong in his knowledge of the law. He is responsive and keeps you posted. However his temperament is on the passive side and he did not aggressively negotiate my interests. If you are involved in a hotly contested issue, you may want someone else who is more aggressive.
