Helped put my life back together!
I was a .160 BAC and was passed out in my car after fighting with my wife. Mr. Schwaner walked me through the process. I lost the DMV hearing but got a deferred sentence in the courthouse part of the case. He had me start the classes and community service right away and that really helped me focus on...

Municpal court case
Mr. Schwaner handled a 6 point speeding case for me. I'm sure it wasn't the biggest case he ever handled but you wouldn't know it by the way he handled the case. He went to court until he was able to get my points knocked down to 1. Couldn't be happier!
