Careless driving charge from a non accident!
In April 2017 i was involved in a non accident incident where the elderly driver ahead of me hit the guard rail and I stopped out of a concern. Unfortunately the older man told the police that I caused him to hit the guardrail (even with no evidence) and I cited for careless driving. Attorney Perkins...
