If there is a CO court order awarding you full custody, you can try reporting the abduction to the police and they may take action on your behalf...

Yes - if you have any type of police contact, the CO warrant will likely show up on their computer and you will be arrested and

As my colleagues have correctly stated, yes (unfortunately) - the Boulder judge can make you serve the full 24 month sentence originally imposed...
