A proud Colorado native, Brennan Heuser’s career blends military service, academic achievement, and public service. After graduating from the University of Miami with a degree in Political Science, he joined the U.S. Army as a PSYOP sergeant in an airborne unit, deploying to Afghanistan and Pakistan and becoming fluent in Farsi and Dari. He later earned an M.A. in National Security Affairs (Political Warfare) from the Institute of World Politics before working at the U.S. Department of State and on the Fulbright Board. Brennan returned to Colorado to complete his J.D. at the University of Denver, where he supported fellow veterans as vice-president of the Student Veterans Association and through the Veterans Advocacy Project. When he’s not practicing law, he treasures time hiking with family, exploring craft breweries, watching football, hosting barbecues, and engaging in church life.

Fantastic experience.
I found them to be completely honest and forthright from the first phone call. The entire process was a breeze on my end. All I had to do was get healthy again and they did the rest. The staff is kind and professional. I recommend them to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney. They did me well...
"I endorse this lawyer. Brennan has a real heart for the veterans who have served this country and those in our communities who are less fortunate than many of us. We need more lawyers who look at this profession as a place to serve rather than a way to make money. Because he served our county in the military, he loves working with the veterans in the community and their families."
"Brennan and I have worked together for 5 years. I was his paralegal for several of those before getting my law license. I cannot say enough about his abilities as an attorney or his character. He excels in court, but his real asset is his ability to work with clients. He meets them where they are and takes an empathetic but straightforward approach that is very rare in the legal profession. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a personal injury attorney."
