I would hire Tony!

Tony has competently handled many hearings for me, whenever I had a scheduling conflict. He is niceguy too. You can trust him 100%

BEST OF THE BEST

In 2005 I found myself freshly out of a divorce drowning in debt. Bankruptcy had always been a 4 letter word in my home, the last choice decision. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Tony. From the very beginning he was up front about my options and what was best for my situation. Forward 7 y...ears later after my Chapter 7, I again found myself in trouble, you would think after the first time I would have learned, but life isn't always perfect. I called for Tony's help, was seen almost immediately and we started my Chapter 13, I was 7 months shy of the 8 year mark so the 13 was the way for me to go. Two days ago and 3 years after the filing I made my last payment. I stopped in the office to sign my last paper and I'm FINALLY DONE! Hopefully I can stay on the straight and narrow now, but if I ever find myself in a bind again, Tony will be getting a call. I have referred numerous friends and have always told them all what Anthony told me in the very beginning, "bankruptcy is a means to start over, it can give you back control of your life", he was so right and I am so thankful for his help! I have to add someone else before I close, Claire. She is the smiling voice who will answer your call when you phone the office, she will calm you down when you're scared to death that the bank is going to take your house or car. Claire is very much on the front line, and definitely a major asset!!

Suspension Partially Stayed Placed on Probation issued in CO, 2013

updated on 03/28/2017

Suspension partially stayed means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. When the attorney returns to practice he or she will be on probation, meaning the State monitors the attorney's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior

Anthony’s comment:

“A client's dissolution was dismissed in 2008; he was in the military. Some time later, his fiancee and her father talked to/emailed one of my paralegals. My employee, instead of telling me so that we could refile the case, decided inexplicably to set false court dates and to send a false divorce decree on this dismissed case, without telling anyone else in the office. When we did find out it was her last day at the Cross Law Firm. She was charged with 2 felonies and I had suspension&probation.”
