I hired Driscoll and Hug a few years ago to work on my DWI case. I was a first time offender and I was scared. I felt comfortable discussing the case with them and felt like they were on my side. But once money was exchanged, that's when I stopped hearing any real updates. In fact, they even stopped ...appearing for me and apparently dropped me as a client without informing me or the court. I found out about 7 months later that the court actually issued a warrant for me. When I called many times to inquire about the situation, the only people I could talk to were secretaries. No calls were returned. So, they made my situation even worse. I cannot stress enough to not hire their firm. They are completely unresponsive and apparently take on far too many cases. I will be filing an misconduct complaint with the State Bar of TX. That's how serious all this is.
