will lie to you promised to help our family pro bono saying he didn't like our hoa

This man was asked over over by me and my son. We were worried about him taking our case ha nothing to do with our HOA, it was our landlord. But this Attorney said he did not like Ret General Fortner. We didn't know what that had to do with our case, he came took pictures of the townhome, set again p...romised he was going to sue our landlord Well four months later nothing done except one letter and him tell us to keep paying rent even though the landlord owed us money. That's why we wanted a hearing. Then he got mediation okay met with him the day before. Said oh Give me two counter offers I did he said they were good if the landlord and his attorney did not take offers we were going to District Court Next day, he did not want me mediation, I forgot it was early he only tried to call me on my home phone not my cell, So later I called he promised three times to tell us what was said the next day in a email he did , I thought either was drunk or stoned to even tell me what he said. We told him hell no. Then he told me the landlords attorney was not there. well bottom line yes the other attorney was there William did not tell us the truth. Then he got his panties in a blind because I questioned him Well we did have something to worry about. This Attorney due to his lies, lack of following thru, caused us to get a three day. Were not behinded in rent its over a bush being cut down. In the yard and my landlord not telling them he and my husband did it.
