I find my purpose in helping ease that burden and ensure you present your best facts and are heard. I have handled over 40 jury trials and over 100 contested trials and hearings. I have also settled many, many more cases than I have litigated. I have experience in resolving legal issues (whether by agreement or in the courtroom) in probate/trust administration, probate/trust litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, will contests, divorce and child custody, and the inter-relationship of both family and probate issues.
