Shannon Molly O'Connor

We fortunately we're unable to hire her as a lawyer. She is actually now a magistrate in the 17th District of Adams County, Brighton Colorado. This very unprofessional woman seems to care more about her appearance behind the bench in court but from there she is unconscious to what is happening in her... courtroom. She does not study her cases that she will be seeing. She is entered Court 8 minutes late three times in a row. Appears to be very unprepared and seems to always have partial information as if she has not done any research or work on the case before she sees it, always shuffling through her paperwork. Seems to be easily upset and easily distracted. Tends to behave as if we the people are a real burden to her. She also seems to lean in the woman's favor . Seems also to not realize that she as the magistrate in the courtroom is supposed to be impartial to the case as it is being presented. Magistrate O'Connor seems to get rattled quite easily. Maybe family court is not Suited for such weaknesses.

our divorce was final in 2021 …in 2026 and I’m still in court in front of this magistrate O’Connor for no reason. The only reason is because my ex-wife’s bitter and this magistrate won’t look at it so I’m gonna tell you about it. Her attorney will file any motion for $500. August 14, 2021 at 6pm ... My ex-wife showed up at my business with three assailants two guns. she robbed the place at gunpoint and was charged with seven felonies, including armed robbery Because we have a weak district attorney, Brian Mason he let her off completely 100% not even probation Then my ex-wife is able to go into family court first she argued she hadn’t been convicted yet so they threw it out then she argued Brian Mason let her off so the family court acted like she never robbed me at gunpoint So now, five years later, my ex-wife is empowered by these magistrates to take me to court for everything she can… because she’s granted every wish by magistrate O’Connor Last September we had a court date September 19 in front of O’Connor. My son also had a homecoming at Brighton high school the kid this whole case is about by the way . I asked for a continuance instead of granting the continuance because I needed it to be with my son magistrate O’Connor asked my ex-wife what she wanted. What do you think my ex-wife said?? My ex-wife should’ve said hey “I want to go to homecoming too and be with our son” instead she tells the magistrate to make me come to court. I defy the court and went to my son‘s homecoming because that’s where I should’ve been . magistrate. O’Connor had me arrested. I had to post $2700 cash bond because I went to my son‘s homecoming she could’ve easily given me a continuance meanwhile my ex-wife can stick guns and people’s faces and not go to jail. My ex-wife is also abusive to my son if she’ll pull a gun on me what do you think she’ll do to my son when he doesn’t listen to her?? My son sent me audios of her kicking him out of her house. Why would he do that? He only did that because I’m his father and I’m supposed to protect him but when I go to authorities with these recordings, nobody will protect my son the last time we were in court about me going to jail magistrate. Were they subsequently took my bail money O’Connor wouldn’t hear audio I had it on my phone and she refused it so because my ex-wife’s been emboldened by magistrate O’Connor because magistrate O’Connor gives her whatever she wants she’s now trying to take my rights to make decisions … for no reason!!! My ex-wife does nothing and when I say nothing, I mean nothing she doesn’t take our son to school. She doesn’t pick him up from school in four years. She hasn’t paid for one extracurricular activity, not one and when I bring this up the court it’s ignored they don’t care because it’s me a black dad! It’s so bad my ex-wife filed the motion to take my rights on November 21st My ex-wife kicked our son out of the house, November 24th 3 days after filing the motion to take my rights. How does that even happen? How do we even get in front of the judge with a woman like this? I’ll tell you how because these judges are biased. It’s very obvious. I reported the abuse to the school, court appointed counselor, police, CPS anyone that will listen and nobody will act!!! They’re more worried about crucifying the black father. Sad thing is I have to go back in front of this woman April 10 for my rights and I’ve done nothing to lose my rights but I got a feeling this magistrate is gonna try to take my rights and I’ve done nothing wrong but be a dad I’m a black male, 80% of black homes have one parent I c y now MEN JIS GIVE UP! what do you think would happen to me if I showed up to my ex-wife‘s job with two guns and three assailants? We’d be killed by the SWAT team not handled with kit gloves I’m a good father only person should be losing their rights is my ex-wife she’s clearly emotionally unbalanced she the dead beat
