Kevin Michael Strait

I am an attorney in northern Colorado and southeast Wyoming. My practice focuses on business and transaction law, estate planning, and dispute mediation. Before becoming a second-career attorney, I spent twenty years in engineering and project management at a large chemical company. Now I enjoy applying my project management thinking to complex legal problems.

Clear communication is the cornerstone of my law practice. Ambiguity, silence, and delay are avoided at every step. My clients and I follow checklists, progress calendars, and written goals to keep a project moving forward. I love fixing up old Jeeps, fixing up old houses, and flying small aircraft for fun. I grew up on the east coast but put my roots down in Fort Collins, CO. I studied engineering and physics in college before law school.
