When I got a court summons for misdemeanor speeding on I25, I immediately knew I had to hire a lawyer. Having never been through the legal process, I consulted several lawyers in Northern Colorado. The first thing that stood out about Will during the consult was that he treated me with respect and di...gnity. This is the reason why I chose to have him represent my case. Throughout the process, Brittany (Will's legal assistant) did a wonderful job updating me of developments throughout my case. I met up with Will on my court date and he was able to reduce the charges to a minimal fine and 3 points on my license (versus the original charge, which could have had up to 3 months in jail, hundreds of dollars of fines, and 6 points on my license). The work that Will and his team have done to help me out in this stressful part of my life was absolutely worth every penny. I had made a mistake in my life and found myself in a bad situation with not one, but two charges against me. I had read a review about Will and gave him a call; he saw me that same day to discuss my case. Will broke down the entire situation and explained to me the law and gave me the worst case sce...nario of what could happen, which is what every good lawyer should do. Over the course of the next few months, as the case moved along, there were a few times I called Will when I was stressed out and he calmed me down, explaining things and how things were looking on my case. Will was able to get both charges combined and and eventually, got one of them completely dropped. He obtained the best plea bargain possible for me. Fast forward a few months. I was on probation for the ‘prior offenses’ and I made a silly mistake that was a complete accident but could have had very grave consequences on my probation status. That incident happened on a Friday night, I called Will’s office Saturday morning and left a message for Will to call me back he called me back within an hour or so and said ”sorry it took me so long to get back to you I’m at soccer with my kids.” Will gave me legal advice right then and there and said come in first thing Monday morning. I explained the situation and he took on that case as well and obtained the absolute best outcome for the situation on that case as well. I really feel Will did a great job working for me and put in a great deal of effort in my cases; he always looked out for my interest. .I feel Will cared about me and my situation and went far and above what I expected and what I had paid for. Even now, a few years later I have been able to reach out to both Will and his staff, they have always called me back and took the time to talk to me about questions I have had come up. .For example, I had applied for a job with some legal wording in a different state were I now live and forwarded the information, within a few days Will looked over the information and explained to me all the legal jargon was and that it should have no bearing on my situation. Will and his entire staff from Brittney, his secretary and front desk person, to his Legal Assistant, Lindsey were always very helpful and professional and seemed to actually care about their clients. I would recommend Will Breitigamand his entire staff to any who has found themselves in need of legal services.

I recently received a DUI charge, and Will helped to plead my case down to a DWAI, and I did not have to lose my license or get a restricted one.
