Mac Hester is an experienced personal injury trial lawyer. He has litigated and tried personal injury cases in South Carolina and Colorado since 1986. He has handled appeals in the Supreme Courts of South Carolina and Colorado. Mac worked for an insurance defense law firm and spent over three years gaining valuable insight into the defense side.

Mac has diverse experience and expertise. He grew up on a farm so he knows the value of hard work and persistence. He played Division I college football at Clemson University. He is an avid rock climber and has climbed El Capitan in Yosemite National Park. Mac also has strong academic interests. He was an adjunct instructor in law at Colorado State University for several years and has published articles in academic and legal journals. He is the author of a chapter in the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association Auto Litigation Handbook and is the co-editor of the Auto Litigation section of Trial Talk magazine. Mr. Hester is an accomplished public speaker and he teaches at legal education seminars.

Mac Hester graduated from Clemson University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He applies economic principles and analysis to his cases in order to maximize gain for the client while minimizing cost. He was awarded the Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina in 1986. He has lived in Fort Collins, Colorado since 1991.

Best Personal Injury Lawyer in Northern Colorado
Do yourself a favor and look no further! You have just found the best attorney/law group in Northern Colorado! Mac, Lance, and Holly were very polite and professional, amazing people to work with. They worked so hard on my and my daughter's case and it turned out way better than I thought it would, all due to their hard work and time. Amazing results!
Mr. Hester helped with my auto accident claim. He took the time to really understand my case and to help me understand what was happening. His superior knowledge led to better than expected results. Before we settled my claim I was worried about losing my home and business because I wasn't able to work. After we settled...well, let's just say that I no longer had to worry.
