This guy is trouble, he made promises and never kept them where it came to proving myself innocent in a child custody battle. I asked him, if I end up being able to prove my wife's restraining order was bogus, would he move the hearing for temp restraining order to a date closer in real time? He of c...ourse said yes and the more I proved my case the more he wouldn't use the information I provided him. On top of that he would lie and say he used the information. Later I found out my estranged wife's boyfriend was just sentenced for child abuse and was found guilty in county court by a jury. Mr Vick didn't even care! Then found out wife's allegations for restraining order totally different from what was said at her counseling meeting with my two sons. She claims all types of physical abuse to the private counselor for the date in question. Then she tells the Judge for weld county something totally different. Jim Vick didn't care, that is when we quit doing business with him.
