Tracy Ann Oldemeyer

For over three decades, my practice focus has been general civil litigation, complex commercial litigation, insurance matters, mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. I represent clients at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts, as well as before state regulatory agencies like the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. My clients include individuals, companies, and nonprofits, as well as Colorado governmental entities, boards, and authorities. I am a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Federal Communications Bar Association.
