I had a terrific experience from start to finish working with Justin Oliver to enforce my existing Permanent Orders. He is very intelligent, courteous, and professional. I went through divorce for 2 years and never had a good experience until I hired Justin Oliver. Cost can add up quickly (as even phone calls are billed) however it is worth every penny to have this young professional working on your behalf! Justin Oliver did exactly what he said he would in a more than timely manner. He made suggestions to make my case go easier for me. When I wanted to go a different direction than his advice he told me what could happen at the same time he supported my decision even though he didn't always agree... with it. Yes, Justin may be young, but his knowledge of the law, experience as a(n): youth advocate and mentor; assistant public defender, civil law, pove...rty law and assistant district attorney intern, definitely made him into a well-rounded attorney with plenty of experience in the courtroom...I was on a tight budget, needed sound legal advice, wanted someone to strategize and go to bat for me, and needed someone familiar with the court procedures in my Child Support arrearage and future support proceedings. (Although I was the parent in arrearage, there were many extenuating circumstances that related to why Child Support was stopped.)…From Justin, I felt I received great and sound advice, his total commitment and time in my case and its outcome, and his compassion in understanding my feelings in an emotionally (and financially) charged and draining situation…I was very satisfied with the outcome and now I am the parent receiving Child Support---after 10 years of me paying it---from my ex-husband! I am now better able to provide for my son and would definitely recommend Justin Oliver as your attorney!
