Professional, Persistent, and Productive

Our personal injury case was a difficult situation for the VanMeveren law group to have taken. There were complexities compounded by actions taken by the defendants, such as erasing a video tape which would have confirmed our story. This case took over two years to get settled in our favor. It finall...y did, thanks to the incredible persistence by our lead attorney Troy Ukasick with the backing of his staff and the VanMeveren firm. Troy's knowledge and experience was the correctly applied measure to get this case resolved. He diligently overcame resistance, evasion and obfuscation by the defendants' attorney who, in my view, wasted a lot of everyone's time. Troy knew the procedures and was highly efficient in the law and process. In all that legalese, he also was always personable and cared about us as human beings. On a personal note, lawsuits usually aren't fun. But the act of walking into Troy's office was always pleasant. Troy and his legal assistant Amy were personable, gracious, professional and even fun to be around. They made the anticipated "misery" of legal proceedings into something understandable and clear. It was always a joy to be in their presence. While I hope to never endure legal proceedings again, if I had to I would immediately turn to Troy and his team for their guidance. Everyone is truly appreciated and I thank them.

My Experience with VanMeveren Law

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My husband died in March, as a result of being hit by a driver who had fallen asleep at the wheel. The day after he passed, I called VanMeveren Law and was guided through the entire process every step of the way. Bryan communicated frequently by phone and was most c...aring and attentive to my needs and situation. Legal Assistant, Jenn, was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me, since "legalese" is fairly foreign to me. God willing, something like this never happens again, but if it did, I would retain VanMeveren Law without any hesitation!

Best law firm

The VanMeveren office was amazing in helping with my case. I was contacted weekly with updates and just to check in. They were there to answer any questions and concerns I had. I really felt they had my back. I would recommend this firm to everyone.

Incredible Firm

I was very hesitant to contact a law firm to help my son and I with two unrelated incidents.
