Linda Vuong

An associate attorney with the Bagley Law Firm, LLC, Linda brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her practice areas of divorce, child custody, and immigration.

Having joined the Bagley Law Firm, LLC from the Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center, Linda is a skilled advocate at the state and federal level. Here, she represented clients in family, humanitarian, and naturalization cases. Before this, she was a staff attorney for Blue Ridge Immigration Law Center, representing clients struggling with the United States immigration system.

In addition to her family and immigration expertise, Linda has a history of legal service. She has volunteered for the International Service Center where she conducted workshops, explaining legal processes and procedures to low-income clients as they prepared and completed their immigration and family cases. Moreover, Linda has served as an attorney for the Center of Juvenile Justice, part of a unique team which represented indigent clients in delinquency hearings, as well as a Victims’ Advocate at the Denver Center for Crime Victims.

A law graduate of Widener University School of Law, Linda has been a member of the Colorado Bar since November 2013. She is also a member of the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) bar. She received an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and remains an avid Colorado Buffs fan.

Linda and her husband, Charles, have two dogs, Tribbi and Benson. When not fighting for her clients, you will find Linda volunteering for her community and exploring new cuisines. Linda is also fluent in Vietnamese.
