Kendra Ann Snyder

I am currently a senior associate attorney with the Bagley Law Firm, LLC, with a winning track record in – and out – of the courtroom. I have legal experience in a variety of practice areas, including divorce and child custody matters, criminal defense, probate, and personal injury.

Originally from Connecticut, I relocated to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder where I earned Bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Sociology.  Upon graduation, I remained in Colorado to attend the University of Colorado’s School of Law, where I received the law school’s Deans Fellowship, a merit scholarship and non-profit grant.  I used this opportunity to conduct legal research as part of the university’s research staff, focusing my research on the newly developing areas of law which include open adoptions and surrogate pregnancies.

In addition to my legal work as an attorney, I have experience working as a Guardian Ad Litem, representing the interests of both adults and children who the courts have determined to be incapable of making legal decisions on their own.  In addition, I am a trained and certified mediator, a skill set which permits me to help opposing parties reach amicable solutions without the need of judicial involvement, often times avoiding the costly alternative of litigating a dispute at trial.

In addition to helping my clients achieve their goals, my interests outside of the legal sphere include fitness, hiking, snowboarding, and travel.
